At Mirrors by Reflect, we believe mirrors do more than just fill a space, they transform the way you experience it. Founded in 2020 by Nadia and co-founded by Mitch, Mirrors by Reflect® has become one of Australia's leading suppliers of premium mirrors, proudly supplying homes, workplaces and commercial projects nationwide, with a strong focus on mirror quality, design and customer satisfaction.
How it all started
Have you ever walked into a room in your home and felt like something was missing? That’s exactly how I felt while redecorating my apartment. The space was coming together, but it still didn’t feel complete. I quickly realised I needed a large mirror, so I started searching, but no matter where I looked, I came up short. Frustrated by the lack of options, I thought, “Why not create my own solution?” And that’s how mirrors by reflect® was born.
From the very beginning, it was never just about mirrors. For me, it was about designing statement pieces that transform a room and create that warm, homely feeling we all crave. My passion for home interiors began when my mum would teach me how to fluff pillows just right and style my bed until it looked perfect. Those humble moments with my mum planted the seed for my lifelong and ever growing passion for home interiors.
Fast forward to 2020, I decided to turn that passion into something real. While working full time, I launched mirrors by reflect® with 30 full length mirrors which sold out in the first week! However, with a demanding career and only able to work on the brand in my spare time, mirrors by reflect® simply remained as my side hustle... Until early 2023, when everything changed.
New direction
In 2023 I met Mitchell, my best friend, partner and now Co-Founder. His endless creativity, marketing expertise and belief in me and the brand transformed Mirrors by Reflect® into something bigger than I ever imagined.
With a background in construction and a deep appreciation for architectural homes, Mitch brings a practical yet design driven approach to everything at Mirrors by Reflect®. His transition into product development and marketing came naturally, combining hands-on industry experience with a passion for balanced, functional spaces. That blend of technical know-how and creative vision shapes the brand’s signature style, clean lines, purposeful design and mirrors made to elevate contemporary spaces.
Mitch now leads product design and marketing, while also managing our growing network of trade clients. He works closely with designers, builders and architects to ensure every mirror not only looks exceptional but fits seamlessly into residential and commercial projects.
