• Refrain from using harsh chemicals such as ammonia-based cleaners, bleach, or abrasive cleaners on the mirror surface as they can damage the reflective coating or cause streaking. We recommend non-abrasive glass cleaners or a solution of water and vinegar.
• For stubborn spots or marks, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution and gently wipe the affected area. Avoid excessive moisture as it can seep into the edges of the mirror and cause damage.
• If your mirror has a frame, clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Use a wood cleaner or polish for wooden frames.
• When moving or transporting the mirror, handle it with care to prevent any damage. Use both hands and avoid dragging or sliding the mirror on the ground.
• Position the mirror away from direct sunlight to prevent the risk of warping or damage to the frame.
• Ensure the mirror is securely mounted to the wall using appropriate materials, especially for large oversized mirrors.

Warranty Period: This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of the product from Mirrors by Reflect or an authorised Mirrors by Reflect retailer.

Coverage:

• Mirrors by Reflect (“the Company”) warrants the original purchaser that its mirror products (“Product(s)”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period.

• This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.

• Modifications or repairs not authorised by the Company.

• Damage during shipping or handling by carriers.

• Use in commercial, industrial, or non-residential settings unless the product is designated for such use.

Remedy:

• The Company will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide a refund for any defective Product(s) at no charge to the original purchaser, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction.

• The Company reserves the right to offer a similar or equivalent product as a replacement if the original Product is discontinued or unavailable.

• Replacement or repaired Product(s) will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.

How to Obtain Service:

• To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must contact Mirrors by Reflect Customer Service within the warranty period to report the defect and provide proof of purchase.

• Instructions for returning the Product, if necessary, will be provided at the time of contact. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limitations:

• This warranty is the exclusive warranty given by the Company and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations.

• All other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.

• The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of the Product(s).

Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Product was purchased.
